He was a great salesman. He was straightforward and honest about everything. I am frustrated with the finance department and the "Luther way" of mandatory paying sales tax for SD in Minnesota and they would handle the paper work. It took 14 days before I got the paper work so I could physically pick up plates at courthouse. The paper plates were shreds by this time and fortunately we didn't travel out of town to explain to an officer the situation. Too boot there was an excessive charge for the paperwork to be completed in the snails pace to boot!

Adam was fantastic! Brand new Enclave? Nothing but problems. Not so sure we are going to keep this one. Too many electrical issues and it doesn't even have 1000 miles on it yet... ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Adam was great to work with during the sale and made the process smooth. He was also helpful in routing me to the service team when I had issues right after buying. I will say that I've had issues with the service team at Luther Brookdale not completing work after I had a check engine light come on the same day I took ownership and not getting back to me in a timely manner.
