Hello and welcome! As a Service Consultant, I'm proud to be part of the team creating great experiences for our clients. I love working with people and keeping the environment friendly, low-pressure, and all-around pleasant. I'm originally from Orange County, CA, and attended North Hennepin College. When I'm not working, I like fishing and grilling. I enjoy discussing sports, cars, and travel plans with my colleagues and customers. Because my car was newer to me, so still under a 30-day used car warranty, I evidently was supposed to have gone through my Luther Chevrolet salesperson to set up an appointment for the problem I was having instead of calling directly to service, as I had done.. Instead of sending me away, he was able to arrange so that I could stay for my appointment. The only negative had nothing to do with Carlos himself...I was very disappointed that although I had an appointment for 7:30 a.m., and I was simply getting an error message on my screen about all wheel drive needing to be checked, I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours to diagnose it. And that is exactly what happened. I waited for my car, having no one to drive me to work all the way in St Paul, so it was a long wait. Thankfully I was able to adjust my work schedule to accommodate that long wait. The waiting area was pleasant however. Thank you!
