Slow follow until later the first day (7:45am appt). I don’t think they looked at it until early afternoon after I called. Diagnoses of AC repair not until 3:30. Good follow-up thereafter, but probably could have got done same day with looking at it early. Had to wait to leave town on 2nd day while completing repair.
