My background is rooted in hard work, having started in roles ranging from dishwasher and line cook to construction and auto detailing. This diverse history informs my approach to management, allowing me to bridge the gap effectively between our customers and factory representatives. I spent time living in Alaska, experiences that have broadened my perspective and communication style. Throughout my career, I have prioritized building genuine trust with my team.
