When I arrived at Luther Brookdale and discovered my salesperson was a 19-year-old I was initially a bit dismayed. How could a 70-year-old retired professional planning to buy a Canyon Denali trust making such an expensive purchase with "a kid"? Well, it didn't take long to realize Reese was not just any "kid" and, actually, appreciate having her as my salesperson. I have purchased many cars throughout my life ... from Fords to KIAs to VWs to Jaguars ... and was accustomed to the often insincere and pressuring personality of a car salesperson. Needless to say, it was a welcomed surprise to discover this was not Reese's personality or sales approach. I found Reese to be appropriately knowledgeable and trustworthy with a patient, kind and pleasant personality ... way mature for her age. If she ever did not have the answer to a question, unlike many salespeople, she didn't pretend to or make one up ... rather, knew and referenced her resource options. I'm not only grateful that Reese was my salesperson ... but highly recommend that you make her yours.
