I'm not sure who Sergio was. Was he the finance guy? Ali our sales rep was great. As soon as we had to wait on the financing guy it took tooooooooo long. We were told 15 min and hours later we get helped. They ran out credit with providers that don't even lend on vehicles that were the age of they're vehicle we bought. If he knew that, what was the point? The financing process was frustrating, if it wasn't for Ali, we would have went somewhere else
