I’ve been in the auto industry for 15 years, and my service has only gotten better. I have the ability to lead in any situation. I’m always honest, friendly, and a good listener. I have excellent communication, multi-tasking, prioritizing, problem solving, dependability, and adaptability skills. I’m new to the Luther Brookdale dealership, but I have received a warm welcome from the entire family, which includes my co-workers and our customers. I was born and raised in Memphis, TN. I’m currently enrolled at North Hennepin Community College. I’m a huge fan of the Minnesota Vikings. My lovely wife, Dianna, and I love to volunteer with the “Nuns in the Hood.” This is a local organization that passes out Thanksgiving baskets to the community. During my free-time, I enjoy swimming, golf, and singing on the Praise Team at church. Come in today and see me for service that you can count on!

My overall experience with Thomas was great, he is very friendly and unapproachable. But there is one thing, I was charged for a tire rotation, when I'm supposed to receive free rotation for the tires I purchased at Luther. I noticed it after I looked over the invoice later on that day. I called back, spoke with someone she directed my call no one ever answered I got voicemail. I called back to see if I could get through got to voicemail again. I did leave a voicemail. No one ever called me back.

Thomas was good to work with but I don't have any faith in the mechanics at Luther Brookdale Chevy. I took my car in for diagnostics and the mechanic said I needed to replace two controllers for over $2000. Doing some research on my own and then bringing the car into a different shop resulted in a minor fix for under $200.
