Amazing car buying experience with Zer/Panda! The process was laid back yet very informative! Our salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and efficient! We did the majority of the loan application online and Panda was great guiding us through the process with emails and phone calls! Excellent communication! We had been looking online at a number of different dealerships and had gotten emails and phone calls reaching out to us! I loved the email we received from Panda/Zer, a video of him introducing himself! Nice personal touch! This car buying experience was hassle free and laid back. Info we were given over the phone was same info we received when we were at the dealership! No hidden surprises! We will definitely refer others to Zer/Panda !
